- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 teaspoon chilli sauce
- 1 teaspoon Freshly grinded black pepper
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
- 2 tbsp Oil for frying

- Wash the vegetables thoroughly. Cut the fench beans and carrots lengthwise and also diagonally. Cut the onions, capsicum and cabbage in square shape. Cut the mushrooms. Take out the peas and separate the broccoli florets.
- Now blanch the veggies.For blanching in a pan take water add little salt to it and now add the veggies into it.except onions and cabbage. When the water starts boiling drain the water and transfer the veggies in a bowl containing cold water as to retain their green colour.
- Dry Roast white sesame seeds for about a minute and keep aside
- In a pan put some oil for frying and add chopped garlic saute for a minute and then add chopped ginger and again saute for a minute.To this add chopped onions, and cook stir for a minute or till the onions turn translucent.
- Now to it add sweet corn, cabbage and the blanched veggies stir fry them for about 1 min on high flame.
- Now lower the flame and add soya sauce, mix well.Add chilli sauce, salt to salt and freshly grounded black pepper mix well.
- Now add vinegar and tomato ketchup and stir fry till the veggies are cooked. Remember don't over cook them. They should not loose their crunchiness. Take out in a serving dish and sprinkle the roasted white sesame seeds over it and serve hot
